1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the TuffyBites website, placing an order, or joining the Feeder Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TuffyBites is a proprietary brand of Saanwariya Foods, situated in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

2. Product Formulation & Pet Dietary Advisory

TuffyBites biscuits are complementary pet feeds formulated for canine consumption (both street/community canines and indoor companion pets). They are 100% pure vegetarian, sugar-free, and baked under FSSAI food hygiene parameters.

While our recipe is crafted for optimal canine gastrointestinal tolerance, community dogs experiencing acute trauma, severe underlying organ illness, or specific veterinary dietary restrictions should receive appropriate veterinary medical diagnosis.

3. Pricing & Billing

All prices displayed on TuffyBites are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Taxes (GST). We reserve the right to alter packaging configurations or promotional discounts (such as coupon codes) without prior notice.

4. Orders, Cancellations & Delivery

An order is confirmed upon generation of an Order ID and successful payment verification (or selection of verified Cash on Delivery). You may request cancellation of an order prior to packaging and dispatch from our Jodhpur logistics center.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of the purchase of products or use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
