1. Fulfillment Hub & Processing
All TuffyBites biscuit packs are baked, quality-checked, and packaged directly at the Saanwariya Foods facility inChokha, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We fulfill orders Monday through Saturday (excluding public gazetted holidays).
2. Estimated Transit Timelines
- Rajasthan & Delhi-NCR: 1 to 3 business days.
- Metropolitan Centers (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Districts): 3 to 6 business days.
- Special Freight / Bulk NGO Crates (100+ Packs): 4 to 7 business days via dedicated logistics.
3. Shipping Charges
Orders containing our Monthly Colony Feeder Box (₹270) or Collective Shelter Crate (₹850) automatically qualify forFREE delivery across India. For single pack orders below ₹250, a nominal delivery fee of ₹40 is applied at checkout.
