This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used to process your biscuit orders, how we secure it, and your rights under Indian data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

• Contact & Identity Data: Full name, email address, mobile phone number, delivery address, city, state, and postal pincode.
• Order & Transaction Data: Biscuit packs purchased, order identifiers, transaction timestamps, payment method selection (e.g. Razorpay, UPI, Cash on Delivery).
• Communications Data: Messages sent via our wholesale inquiries, customer support desk, or WhatsApp assistance.
• Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, device information, and anonymous session cookies to remember shopping cart items.

3. Payment Security & Third-Party Gateways

We do not store or process your complete credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or UPI PINs on our servers. All digital payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-regulated payment gateways (such as Razorpay).

4. How We Use Your Information

• To bake, pack, dispatch, and track your dog biscuit orders.
• To provide delivery SMS, tracking status, and customer service updates.
• To respond to shelter, NGO, and wholesale distributorship requests.

5. Data Retention & Grievance Officer

We retain customer order records as required under applicable Indian taxation, FSSAI, and e-commerce compliance regulations. You have the right to request deletion of your Feeder Circle account at any time.
